Founded in 2012 by Caroline Anstee, Kettering-based Anstee & Co has continued its growth. Embracing video conferencing during the pandemic to improve their client experience, it has 1,000 clients, five fee-earning advisers and over £120m in assets under advice.

Additionally, Anstee & Co has three mortgage advisers who deal specifically with clients who only require assistance with their mortgages. Currently, the firm has 4,800 of these clients.

The firm has a transparent fee structure, which differs between private clients, corporate clients and mortgage advice.

The firm was set up with sustainability at its core. For Anstee & Co, this means that the company has a team made up of all ages and backgrounds, whose ideas allow the business to grow by understanding its client's needs. Anstee ensures this by recruiting and hiring a team with different experiences and specialisms. All staff are encouraged to continue learning and to obtain qualifications as soon as possible. Two of its chartered employees are involved in the PFS mentoring program.
