It has been a phenomenal year for Phil Anderson Financial Services. The team has more than doubled in the last year, growing from seven to 15. They have ambitious growth plans and staff training and development has been a big part of their success over the last year. They are a firm at the heart of their community and recently donated an all-expenses paid trip to Lapland to one of the local schools to help their fundraising efforts. They have won numerous awards over the years and are previous winners in the ‘Staff Matter’ category at the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star Awards.

Over the last year the firm has implemented a new back-office system and set up an ESG division to promote and cater to demand for advice in this area.
