The McKnight Financial Group now employs 14 people across two brands in Scotland. The client is at the centre of all it does as a business and the firm’s core values of trust, transparency, innovation and collaboration underpin this.

The firm started out as McKnight Financial Management in 2009, operating from a garage office when Graham McKnight, the CEO, left the comfort of the corporate world after 19 years with RBS and started out on his own. Based in the centre of Glasgow since 2012, the firm has been providing financial expertise and advice on investments, insurance, and retirement planning to both the personal and commercial marketplace.

Since March 2020, the whole team has worked from home and only now are making their way back to the office, adopting a new flexible working pattern. They have had to learn to adapt to this ever-changing world, but have continued to provide service and comfort to clients throughout the pandemic.
