Sadly, a very experienced chartered financial planner, Paul Howson retired in May. Although he will be missed, he is still keeping in touch and we have retained his client bank with the exercise of succession having begun over a year in advance. Pairing clients with the right personalities and skills was introduced well in advance to ensure a relationship could be built before he left the firm, resulting in 100% retention. We continue to offer specialist advice for later life planning through our other Solla qualified and experienced adviser, Lee Hayward.

The various lockdowns have also enabled our team to dedicate significant additional time towards continued professional development, with three financial planners working towards obtaining chartered status, along with several other employees passing exams. This serves to continue the firm’s commitment to the highest level of expertise and continuous professional development.
