Chetwood Wealth Management is a Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Wellington, Somerset. The firm became directly regulated in 2001 and is led by its chair, Mark Pendarves and managing director, Richard Hansell.

They are very much a modern Chartered IFA practice, firmly putting clients and staff at the forefront of what they do. They have invested heavily in IT support to allow staff to work safely and efficiently from home and for clients to receive their high level of service remotely.

They have been busy making additional key hires to constantly develop their client service proposition and by focusing on the service they offer, they have increased their ongoing fee income to 89% of total income received. In the last six months they have taken on a new practice manager and a business development manager to drive efficiencies within the firm, boost productivity and further enhance the client service standards.  

Furthermore, they have continued to build out their close-linked DFM firm, Chetwood Investment Management, to give clients who are suitable a low-cost discretionary fund manager who has the scale, but also the flexibility, to navigate difficult markets without being tied to a fund list based on size of assets or duration of fund management, allowing them to cut cost with factor-based ETF investing.
