JLW Financial Solutions, run by sisters Jade and Leah Williams have had a busy year. They have recently launched their social media platform on Instagram @jlwfinancialsolutions with the aim to provide accessible, and easy to understand information to a more diversified audience.

Looking back over the past year and the difficulties everyone faced during the pandemic, JLW are proud of the way they adjusted their communication with clients. Particularly for clients who weren’t comfortable using online methods such as teams or zoom, overcoming this by safely visiting the clients at their homes. This involved dropping policy documents outside their post box, or simply just having a chat with clients through their windows. They tried to be as helpful as possible, aiming to respond to client’s requests within 48 hours of receiving them, as they were aware of the urgent nature of a lot of the requests coming in. They have had great client feedback throughout the pandemic and this has strengthened the client advisor relationship.
