Prydis Wealth forms part of the wider Prydis group, a professional services group offering clients a single point of access to chartered accountants, chartered tax advisers, solicitors and chartered financial planners.
The firm has flourished under the challenges of the last 18 months. It has invested in new systems and back office, and staff were quickly able to adapt to remote working, as the firm was already paperless, using technology such as electronic signatures and videoconferencing to great effect. In this period, Prydis also set-up an internal adviser training regime to support and train the next generation of advisers, so far taking on four trainee advisers with the intention of taking on another four over the next 12-months.
Prydis Wealth has experienced significant growth since the beginning of 2020 across several metrics, including client numbers, personnel numbers, assets under advice, turnover and profit. This is particularly evident in its self-employed adviser proposition, Financial Solutions, which is on the cusp of becoming a nationwide network and already has advisers as far apart as Sussex and Scotland.
