The Minster Partnership (TMP) was established in 2013 by partners, Richard Liddiard and Geoffrey Gallyon, with the vision of creating a client-focused, highly personalised financial planning service for individuals, businesses, trusts, and charities. Gallyon has since retired from providing advice but remains employed in a research capacity.

Based in Wimborne, Dorset, TMP has experienced strong, organic growth over the last eight years, attracting a diverse team of highly qualified and dedicated advisers from the start. Several advisers have achieved chartered status and most others are working towards it.

Tim Madge, a chartered financial planner, joined in 2014, and alongside other advisers, plays an integral part in shaping the direction of the business and helping the firm evolve and adapt to changes in the financial services industry and beyond. This cohesive and open approach to running the business is what sets TMP apart from many other firms, with a genuine appetite for new ideas from across its advisers and support staff.
